Add 1–2 crystals to the water in your ladle before pouring it over the stones to spread the invigorating aroma that opens up the airways and enhances the sauna’s relaxing effects. For best results, we recommend that the water in the ladle is warmer than 40°C (104°F). This allows the crystals to melt and distribute more evenly when poured over the hot stones.
