Payment
The payment service provider for the online store is Klarna (https://klarna.fi). Klarna Checkout ensures safe and easy shopping. Payment options include invoice, installment payments, online banking, and credit cards.

Delivery and Shipping Costs
We offer various delivery methods in the online store. Delivery options and costs may vary depending on the weight, quantity, and dimensions of the product. Shipping costs may also be dynamically retrieved from shipping providers. Not all delivery options may be available for all products.
At checkout, you will see the current shipping costs and available delivery methods for your order. The shipping cost for the chosen method will always be added to the total in your shopping cart. Your order will be shipped using the delivery method you selected.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided in the product descriptions. We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary by product or delivery method. Any exceptions to delivery times will be noted on the online store’s website.
Cancellation
Products ordered from the online store are subject to a 14-day cancellation right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, starting from the order date, unless otherwise stated in the product details.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service to notify us of the cancellation and the return of the products. Returns can include all or only some of the products in the order. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in flawless condition.
The seller has the right to reduce the refund amount partially or fully if the products have been used, damaged, or are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs will be refunded based on the lowest-cost delivery method.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. For example, if paid by card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If this is not possible, another refund method will be arranged.
