Terms of Use
1. General
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all purchases and use of our online store (hereinafter referred to as "Online Store"). By using the Online Store, you agree to these Terms.
2. Formation of the Agreement
The agreement between the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and the Online Store is formed when the Customer confirms the order and Saunapallo sends an order confirmation.
3. Products and Prices
Products and their prices available in the Online Store are presented on the website. The Online Store reserves the right to change prices and the product selection.
4. Payment
The Customer can pay for their order using the payment methods offered in the Online Store. These include bank transfers, card payments, and Klarna.
5. Delivery
We strive to deliver products as quickly as possible but are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused and in resalable condition. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
7. Warranty and Return Policy
All products come with a valid warranty covering manufacturing defects. The return policy applies only to unused products.
8. Liability
The Online Store is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Online Store.
9. Privacy

10. Changes to the Terms
The Online Store reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be announced in the Online Store and will take effect once published.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
